Super Lage und nah zum Strand

Sehr schönes und gerĂ€umiges Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und netter Terrasse zum Sitzen. Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Zu Fuß keine 10 Minuten zum schönen Sandstrand. Der Check-in und die Kommunikation vor Ort war etwas schwierig, da anders als inseriert nur Französisch gesprochen wurde. Aber mit Google Translate und gutem Willen auf beiden Seiten klappte es dann doch ganz gut.

GerÀumiges, funktionell ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Haus entsprach den Beschreibungen, wir haben uns wohl gefĂŒhlt. Funktionelle, etwas spartanische Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, wenn auch durch die StrandnĂ€he immer etwas sandig. WohnkĂŒche, Platzangebot, StrandnĂ€he sind super. KleiderschrĂ€nke fehlen leider, Sofa etwas ungemĂŒtlich. Katastrophal sind die Bettgestelle! Die Sprungrahmen waren dilettantisch mit Heftpflaster geflickt, sind bei uns mehrmals nachts beim Umdrehen im Schlaf zusammengebrochen. An dieser Stelle leider Fuscherei, Murks!

Maison trÚs agréable

Petit sĂ©jour normand fin 2020 parfait. Maison trĂšs spacieuse et agrĂ©able, Ă  quelques mĂštres de la mer, facile d’accĂšs. TrĂšs calme et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Accueil chaleureux. location au top. Quelques commerces de proximitĂ© seraient la cerise sur le gĂąteau afin de pouvoir tout faire Ă  pied mais cela ne dĂ©pend en rien du propriĂ©taire mais plutĂŽt de la ville. Nous n’avons rien Ă  redire.

Ferienhaus Les Mouettes, September 2019

Wir waren im September 2019 zu viert in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt sehr nahe am Strand und ist gut aufgeteilt. Die einzelnen Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Wer allerdings viel selber kochen möchte, sollte sich ausreichend Equipment zum Vorbereiten der Mahlzeiten (Schneidebretter, Messer, Pfannen) mitbringen, hier mangelt es etwas. Die Terrasse ist wie beschrieben gekiest mit 8 einfachen StĂŒhlen ausgestattet, hier wĂ€ren z.B. Liegen wĂŒnschenswert.

Leider war das Haus nicht beso...

Leider war das Haus nicht besonders sauber. Wir waren die ersten GĂ€ste nach dem Winter und man hatte den Eindruck, dass vor unserer Ankunft nicht geputzt wurde. Das war besonders Ă€rgerlich, da wir am Ende unserer Reise die Endreinigung bezahlt haben. Ansonsten zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Leider nur einfache PlastikstĂŒhle auf der Terrasse ohne Polster. Schade.SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe war gut. Reisetipps: Schön direkt am Strand gelegen. AusflĂŒge zum Mont Saint Michel, nach Granville und zu den sehenswerten Schlössern sehr schön.
