“This is a stunning small boutique hotel with wonderful staff and excellent service. The furnishings and decor are very attractive and homely and the roof terrace is spectacular. Breakfast was superb for continental! But Hotels.com needs to update its description, they don’t offer a free transfer service to the port any longer and it is not a swimming pool on the terrace but a thermal pool with waters from a local hot spring, which is simply wonderful! This is not negative feedback just a note……

“Great place, a mile away from town, very walkable. Staff was fine. The only draw back was (I assume was the owner) literally had a meltdown, was screaming at the staff and at one point threw a chair across the room. ”

“Posto meraviglioso. Siamo stati coccolati dal proprietario, il Dottore, e da Stefano. La struttura era molto bella, con piscina e docce esterne con acqua termale direttamente dal Vulcano.
