“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Slebech, the hotel is lovely and set in the most gorgeous grounds, it is truly idyllic. The staff were very friendly and all in all it was a really relaxing break.”

“A very well appointed inn, scenically based on the edge of the haven, run by a charming family of four who could not be more friendly or helpful. The breakfast is superb and the evening menu varied. All meals are cooked to order and prepared to a high standard. In short, a splendid place to stay within reach of numerous local attractions. We intend to return.”

“Obviously a lot of effort has been made by the new owners to create a comfortable and upgraded environment. They are working hard and constantly on what was obviously a worn down building. Looking out from the room the gardens and view is spectacular. The room was large and comfy with great, instant hot water and lovely deep bath. Authentic home cooked curry was delicious.”

“I can’t recommend The Wolfscastle Inn enough.. staff were soo attentive, welcoming and lovely! ( Seb/Richard and ladies) The food at the inn was delicious, breakfasts and dinners! ( nice one Seb and team) The family room was perfect, plenty of space and cosy and clean.. I’ll definitely be back! Perfect location and such a cosy pub to return too. Richard even provided us with free takeaway drinks for our journey home, so thoughtful. Such a great stay! 👌👌🎉”

Breakfast was lovely, well organised and plentiful. We will definitely be staying again .”

“Porthclew House was a wonderful surprise. Our room was wonderful so beautiful to the side of it. There was even a communal use balcony which we and had a glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was great just what you need to set you up for the day. It’s a wonderful property from the grand stain glass entrance to a lovely gardens and location.”
