「Accommodation and location is really lovely. Sadly communication prior to arrival and a very cold first afternoon/evening made us feel rather unwelcome. We read in the welcome pack about drinking our “welcome Prosecco” but sadly weren’t provided with any (we weren’t expecting any so not an issue) but the milk sachets we were provided were out of date - by 9 months! Having walked into a freezing cold cottage we quickly read the instructions for heating but some hours later it was no warmer so...

「We absolutely love the location, it is extremely peaceful, the scenery is stunning and so perfect location for visiting Whitesands, St. David’s, Newgale and Solva. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped with a private garden and patio area. Turn left out of the entrance door and you’re along the costal path. We have been staying with Mrs Murphy for the last 24 years, we leave after a week’s stay feeling refreshed and energised and will be booking for next year.」

「The photos do not show this place as it is. The main issue is that the bed is in a loft space - up a very steep ladder - its claustrophobic and difficult to access if your knees and ankles are not 10 years old. Couple that with it having an unexpected wood fired hot tub - and being left only 3 small composite logs to light it for 3 nights - not enough to get it hot day 1 - and who wants to spend the evening up to your arms in soot trying to light it anyway - say its log fired in the ad / say...

「We loved our stay here, the property seems to have been refurbished to a better standard than the pictures portray. The location on the water is stunning and we fitted 7 people comfortably. The host was very communicative and it was great to have the parking available too. Thanks for a brilliant stay. Warning there is no hot tub, I was told by the host this is a mis-naming on Vrbo.」

「Very comfortable property in a secluded location which was central to exploring all of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path which was breathtaking. It was advertised as sleeping 8 but would only be comfortable for 6 max as living space is small. Garden is not child friendly or completely enclosed for dogs although no problem for ours who are well trained. WiFi is non-existent which has its plus sides but no landline in case of emergencies.」

「A stunning properly set in it's own valley down a track and away from everything. Woke up each morning to the company of cows peering over the fence. Beautiful natural gardens with lovely seating and eating spots. Good pubs and restaurants not too far away and lovely beaches one a short drive. Beth is a great host with good local knowledge and stories.」

「This is a lovely place to stay. The house is just as good as you see in the pictures. Morning sunlight streams through the windows. The small balcony is beautiful for breakfast. We cycle and run. 「Fine for my one night stay. A little bit dated but reasonably near to the town centre and with its own parking. Nice breakfast including vegan options. Very friendly staff. I can’t comment on the bar and restaurant as they were unavailable due to a large private party but the hotel warned me in advance and, at my request, suggested nearby places to eat one of which I used. 」
