“What a fantastic experience it was staying here. Please ask for Indu to pick you up and drive you around in either his spacious van or locally tuk tuk. He also has a small store nearby with a lovely helpful family. He is a gentleman. The host family are just beautiful people. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. The views are breathtaking. They also cooked dinner for us one night - which was superb. We were advised to stay here by both family and……

“此行最为惊艳的一个住宿点，如果有时间真想住一周，地点虽然有些路程，但是绝对避世的场所。感觉像家，不像酒店，自己的管家自己的阿姨，太美妙了，关键是超级值的价格，问了下当地人，我们此次的价格是旺季的4分之1，兼职太值得了~”

“Loved the decor of this place which was why we chose it . Didn’t disappoint. Really comfy bed with massive duvet to keep warm under. Loved having the separate lounge area as well. Efficient hot water systems in place for the shower and sink. Would have preferred a more traditional Sri Lankan breakfast but cannot complain about what was provided. ”

“The biggest problem with this hotell was to find it. Our taxidriver asked tuc-tuc-drivers and lokal people, and no one knew the location of the hotel. They had'nt even heard of it. We drow around for half an hour. No signs along the road, not even when we were near by. When we walked back after dinner in the town, there where no lightening near by so that we could be sure to walk the right way. The room was clean, but we missed a small table beside the bed. There were no aircon or heating, so……

“This place was a disgrace to the name hotel and to hotel.com. The building is old and neglected and there is only one room for rental. The room is very dirty and very dark. Many of the fixtures in the bathroom are broken. The water pressure is very low and there is little hot water. The only staff member present 24 hours a day is a young boy of 17. The hotel is in a run-down poverty-stricken area far from the center. As of that wasn't enough there is a Buddhist temple nearby that starts……

“Nous avons logé à cet hotel pour être sur la route de Nanu Oya (train station). Bien que le personnel soit d'une extreme gentillesse, l'établissement n'est pas tenu : draps sales, drap qui ne couvrent que les deux tiers du matelas, chambre aveugle. “It is an amazing Nest with all sorts of amenities. Amazing location not very far from town. The room is warm and cozy. The bathroom is well appointed and luxurious. The kitchen has all reasonable appliances and amenities.”

“The hotel is like a small one but very warm. I arrived at 2030 at night and they were already closing the restaurant. When they knew I haven't have dinner yet, they (only the owner and a staff) insisted to make a dinner for me freshly. Although it took them quite a while, their passion and heart to service the guest were really great. I was travelling alone and they stayed until like 10 to make my dinner and waited until I finish before they go.”
