The entrance and cafeteria area were well renovated. However there are other places with less visibility need some renovation, like pool, hot tub, steaming room. Some area were showing rust and you can tell it’s very run down. Our room didn’t have a proper electrical cord connection and couldn’t use the light by the bed. Also, light bulb was missing on one of the light stand. Also, there was no additional toilet paper in the bathroom and I had a o requested at midnight when I noticed it. Having said that, each time when I requested assistance, the workers were very quick to do what they can do. I appreciate that effort. Thank you.

Les dessus de table et de comptoirs étaient sales. Il y avait une forte odeur d’urine dans la salle de bain. La chambre sentait le pot.

The Inn had courteous, knowledgable staff; the breakfast was included hot and cold choices, yogurt and more. The pool was clean as was the workout room. The climate control in the room was responsive. There were two handicapped parking spots close to the front door.

Paid almost 400$ for 2 nights for a run down , dirty and smelly room. Right as we stepped foot in the room you get hit with the smell of urine, moisture and mustiness. The rooms are run down and lack cleanliness. Very poor air circulation throughout the rooms. You feel sticky just sitting in the room. The blankets were covered in holes and stains ontop of feeling dewey. Even the towels were Dewey from the moisture. The pillows had a musty smell. It was gross and super dissapointed for the amount we paid for our 2 night stay. Will never ever ever be back. Would have been better to just sleep in my car for the 2 nights. At least it would have been cleaner. On a bright note. The Continental breakfast was lovely. The breakfast staff were also very nice.

Expensive for nothing...over $200.00 for an old tired property. Really needs new beds. Room was dingy, almost depressing, but very Staff were super nice, especially the lady at the front desk. Reason for staying at the hotel was a an early surgery the next day. Its the only hotel 5 minutes from the Hawkesbury Hospital.

A good stop on a long trip. Stephanie's restaurant nearby is excellent. Large room, comfortable bed. Good shower. Have stayed here for the last three or four years and the place seems to have "slipped" in an undefinable way.

Personnel à l'accueil courtois, mais a fait un erreur sur les chambres, deux personnes pour la même chambre. Cela a été corrigé rapidement. Installations (piscine, spa et sauna) malpropres. Personnel du déjeuner peu accueillant et met de la pression pour déjeuner sans remplir les plateaux même s'il reste encore plus de 30 minutes.

Il y a un manque accrue de personnel pour l’entretien de cet hôtel et des chambres. Le lit propre et confortable. Salle de bain passable. Le reste était sale.( poussière, fenêtre, poignée, etc.) Piscine non chauffée. Le local de la piscine et du spa est un bel endroit. Malgré le fait qu’il indique qu’il y a des distributrices, il n’y en a pas du tout. Elles ont été retirées. Déjeuner continental bon. L'accueil du personnel très courtois. Magasins, 3 restos rapide près de l’hôtel. On peut s’y rendre à pieds. Nous avons séjourné trois jours. Heureusement, nous avons eu de la belle température. Nous avons passé nos journées à visiter la ville et profiter de ses attraits touristiques.
