“We had a wonderful Labor Day weekend @ Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. The layout of the home is perfect. The kitchen is at least a 4 person working kitchen so that was great. The additional dining space was a plus. Due to inclement weather, we ended up having a great 'game day/night' at the table. It was enough for 6 people. The levels of decking was a bonus as was the boat house play room. It was nice having a long dock at we brought two fishing boats along with us. You won't regret renting this……

“Wonderful property for a large group. I felt like it didn’t matter what the weather was, we were covered for entertainment. It was beautiful for our stay, so we were in the water and on the pontoon!A couple of things that we had to go to the store for was dish soap and dish washer detergent and toilet paper. I thought the entire home had air conditioning, but it was only the common area. The bedrooms were warm at night. Those couple of things are not criticism, only making aware.Thanks for a……

“The renovations done to this house have made it an absolutely wonderful getaway up north. The finishes and furnishings are perfect. We stayed for a long weekend with two families very comfortably. Kudos to the hosts, this was a wonderful place and we’d be happy to come back again!”
