“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning.……

“There was no one there to get fresh towels or clean the room when we were out, without a do not disturb sign on the door. We had to wait until we were home to take a shower and also you had to flush the toilet twice to make it flush all the way”

“Clean, but well warn-out motel. There is a microwave in the room, but you need to bring your own mv-safe cups/plates to use it. They do not provide any. Built-in hair dryer did not work. Had to ask for it the receptionist. TV is working but again had to ask for help to start watching it because it was not tuned properly.”
