The beds were not queen beds they were full size Rooms were beat up gum on the floor, 2 towels, had only the deadbolt on the lock the other lock wasn’t there. It was quiet, a lot of rooms were closed from what we could see. It did what we need it to, just a bed to lay down in for the night before the gator game. Left a night early and drove home instead of staying the second night. Seems like it was a hotel where most of the people lived there. I wouldn’t let my wife and kids stay there by themselves. Pool looked good the area around it was beat up. Did its purpose but there’s better things out there for a few bucks more. Will not stay there again.

Do NOT recommend this location. The room smelt like weed, was very dirty and nasty. The guy at the front desk was very rude. The room next door has people coming and going like it was a store. It was so bad that I had to find another hotel for myself, wife and toddler to stay at for the night

If you're looking for a cheap room just to sleep in, it's fine. No thrills, not super clean but you get what you pay for.

Was it great? No. Was it worth what we paid? Also no. With the UF vs. Ole Miss game, apparently every hotel in Gainesville decided it was time to charge 100–200% more than normal… shame on y’all. So, Motel 6 it was. It was definitely dingy. The pillows? Bring your own. There were a couple of stains on the comforter, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. But… was it the cheapest place we could find? Yep. Did we die? Nope. Did we get a bed, a shower, and a place to sleep after a long day at the Swamp? Yep. Honestly, this place should have been around $200 for the two nights. The extra $114? Well, I hope they use it for something good. Not fancy, not fabulous, and definitely not winning any hotel awards, but it got the job done when Gainesville hotels decided to rob everyone coming to town for football.

Great for the price. Unfortunately being a non smoking room it did smell of smoke inside. Also heavy smell of marijuana from couple of rooms. I would go there again. Nice big pool.
