“It’s nice place to stay but it needs renovation. No safe box in the room is a concern. There was no deadbolt to lock the room when inside ”

“Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better.”

“Everything went great the hotel is out favorite hotel in Oujda, is the only one that you can feel like home staff is always professional and very friendly receiving you at the check in to the check out , Aya at the reception desk she is always treat us with respect and great us with a big smile, sabbath is always nice and welcoming in general all staff and administrators are the best in all hotels we had ever stayed at. Keep being like this and we will coming back . ”

“Séjour avec un accueil très chaleureux et exceptionnel. En plein mois de ramadan, on a pu compter sur Oussama qui nous as préparé de très bon repas (même à 3h du matin). Je remercie également Taoufik et Sanae qui ont été aux petits soins. Concernant la chambre, état impeccable et tout était fonctionnel. Un grand merci à l’equipe, nous nous sommes senti en famille. ”

“Une villa bien spacieuse et bien aménagée.Les propriétaires et leur sœur Nezha qui assure l'accueil et la remise des clés ont un contact humain chaleureux et spontané.Ils sont disponibles et réactifs pour tout besoin ou de complément d'information.A recommander Seul bémol,la connectivité du wifi est un peu défaillante ou mal positionnée.Si vous avez des enfants,cela risque de poser des problèmes aux parents. Satisfaction totale.”

“Un très bon séjour, logement très lumineux et chaleureux. Décorée avec goût. Le logement est très bien situé, commerce et souks à proximité, mais aussi pharmacie et grandes enseignes commerciales. Centre ville pas très loin. Propriétaire disponible et à l'écoute, je recommande fortement.”
