“The property and house itself sits out in the country which is peaceful. There are deer and pheasant running around the area. The owners are nice and even helped send a coat we left behind through the mail. The downside of this listing is that there is no internet service or cable tv. It is hard to use your cell phone because of the circumstance so be prepared to go off the grid while visiting. The shower handle was broken so we had to figure out how to make it work at 5:00 in the morning by……

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this cute home with so much history. It was very quiet and relaxing. We used the kitchen every day and it was a pleasure to work in. The grocery stores are within walking distance. The home owners were very responsive to our messages. We only had one issue (internet was down) and it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We were in town for our son's college football game. The one star missed for cleanliness was that the bathroom faucet hadn't been cleaned and the front of the fridge was a bit messy. A couple bugs were in the bathroom but they were those awful tree beetles that are impossible to keep from coming in. The bugs were even in the bar we went into downtown. The house is so comfortable and perfect size and very welcoming. Communication was fast and excellent. Thank you for letting us put our feet up on……

“We enjoyed two nights at this property. The beds and accommodations were very comfortable. Beautiful views. Two days was enough, though for a fmily of 7 without running water. Generator supplied electricity and gas stove was great for cooking inside.”
