"Yes, the room was cleaned daily and everything was in place as expected. Staff at breakfast and dinner were extremely attentive. The chef came out and made sure they served dishes made to our taste and spice level. I would like to mention a few of the staff that made our stay comfortable. They are Satya, Venkat, Jay, Sailesh and Chef Kumar. Additionally, Srinu was always there to take our orders in advance and to ensure we were taken care of. Terrific group of individuals. "

"The Marigold is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time. The property is impeccably maintained, spotlessly clean, and offers every amenity you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread at Breakers is outstanding – an impressive variety that ranges from continental classics to authentic Indian dishes and a wide selection of hot items. The ambience in the dining area elevated the entire experience; listening to soothing live flute and violin music while enjoying breakfast was the perfect, almost magical way to start each day.
Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be more convenient, with easy access to everything I needed in the city. The staff, for the most part, were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful – a big highlight of the stay. The only slight letdown was the reception team, who came across as a bit indifferent compared to the rest of the crew. That said, the in-house restaurants more than made up for it; the Japanese restaurant has instantly become one of my absolute favourites in the city – exceptional quality and flavour.
Overall, it was a thoroughly satisfying and memorable stay. I’ll definitely be returning to the Marigold the next time I’m in town and have no hesitation recommending it to others looking for a top-tier hotel experience."
