The Space:

Property Adventure is a family-focused, lakefront getaway on beautiful Hayden Lake. This spacious four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to fourteen guests and is best suited for six adults and eight children. With its thoughtful layout and endless opportunities for fun, it’s the perfect place to create lasting memories together.



Inside, the home is designed with families in mind. The master suite sits privately on the top level with a queen bed and stunning lake views from a private balcony. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds are located on the main level, making it easy for multiple families to stay together. Downstairs, kids will love the oversized bunk room with four sets of bunks—ideal for late-night giggles and group sleepovers.



Step outside and the adventure really begins. A large private dock stretches over the deep water swimming area, making it easy to dive right in or launch into water sports. Guests are welcome to use the kayak, float pad, wakeboards, surfboards, and kneeboard provided, ensuring hours of lakefront fun without ever leaving the property.



When it’s time to unwind, gather on the deck or around the gas firepit for stories and s’mores under the stars, play cornhole on the grassy lawn, or head inside for a round of ping pong and family games. The open living areas provide plenty of space for both kids and adults to relax, connect, and enjoy their time together.

Set along the north end of Hayden Lake, Property Adventure offers a peaceful waterfront setting while still being within easy reach of Hayden and Coeur d’Alene’s shopping, dining, and family attractions – Hayden shops are just a 10-minute drive away. To receive access information you are required to submit a valid form of ID to Vacation Rental Authority using the provided link after your reservation is confirmed. Once the check-in form is completed with a valid form of ID and the reservation is paid in full, access information will be sent 7 days prior to your arrival.

Before you arrive, here's some information to help you prepare for your stay: Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You'll need to submit a valid form of ID through Vacation Rental Authority after booking to receive the access information. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels down to a reasonable level to respect all neighbors. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

A railing has been put into place on the dock's walkway (not pictured). There is also a diving board available off the dock with a 100lb weight limit.

This home welcomes up to 2 dogs, with preapproval and a paid pet fee. All dogs must be on a leash at all times as the yard is not completely fenced. Thank you for your cooperation.
