“Cute cabin in the woods. Felt like home.”

“Nice mobile home for our one night stay.”

“If you like being by the water, this is it. It is nice for a small family or a couple. The place is tight but that is expected for a 2Br 1 bath. This is the bottom unit. There is an upstairs unit so be ready for people walking upstairs.Things to be ready for:1. Make sure you ask for the hard key. Their electronic lock did not work for us. The battery died. 2. Communication with the host was OK. It was unfortunate for us the host was on vaca so the communication was not the best but we did resolved……

“Exactly as described. Very comfortable and spacious for a small cabin. Excellent lighting. AC worked great. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Very nice and cozy. Clean and comfortable. Great host. Very kind and quick to respond to all our needs. Love the rv and the location. Fishing was great!! Thanks Jessica (host), we enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back next year.”

“It is genuinely difficult to capture everything that this property offers. The hosts have thought of everything…and I mean EVERYTHING. And it is all labeled, listed, diagrammed, or disclosed. Just bring yourself and your essentials for your trip. This is certainly a family-first property, but it would also be the perfect couple retreat, or even a remote work getaway. The part of the lake the home is located on it unbelievably easy to access (roadway I mean), and the actual lake experience is…just……

“This was our 4th year staying at this property. We love the location, as it’s close to all of the things we want to do. The home has so much room for us to spread out in. We were so happy to stay here again and look forward to next year.”

“The host was very responsive and gave me all of the details needed for our stay. The house was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the unit was in the cutest little town. ”

“We loved our stay. The house was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Location on the lake is perfect. Any questions were answered very quickly.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and we were only about 20 minutes to downtown Birmingham. Great little place for a quick get away. Thank you!”

“Great property! We had everything we needed. Any questions were answered quickly. Beautiful view and easy access to the lake without having to climb a bunch of steps. Only complaint is our stay we t by way too fast!!!!”

“We had the most wonderful time. This property was just as described. The house is very cozy & warm. Our family came over for Game night as we celebrated the holiday. We hated to leave, but we will be back.Rate 10 of 10Thank you againNelson family”

“Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions. There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.”

“This place is a dream.. like out of better home and gardening magazine.. one of the best Aframe cabins I've ever seen.. the girls loved all the amenities. Kids loved fishing in the little pond.. smores around the fire to cap off the night.. Will definitely be back. Awesome.. awesome ..awesome!!”

“The location was perfect! It was our home base for about 3 weeks while we searched for a new home in the area. It is also close to all 3 covered bridges, which are awesome! Daniel, the host, was easy to reach and quick with a response every time! Thanks again!”

“Beautiful home on the lake and well equipped with all the essentials. It was really nice to have a pet friendly home with an outdoor fenced area for the pups. Highly recommend this property.”

“This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. It feels remote. There is no light pollution, nor is there any noise of traffic at night. The only noises were those of the birds and the creek, which were lovely. I felt that I was deep in the woods, yet the place is not very far from a grocery store and downtown. The ambiance of the cottage is soothing. My stay made for a wonderful retreat. I hope to return. ”

“Very unique property! It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It rained during part of our stay, and listening to the rain on the dome made the experience even more peaceful. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already recommended it to several friends.”

“I stayed at this house with some colleagues for a week while we attended a work conference. We found the house to be in great condition and very clean. Alise was a kind host and she stayed in communication with me during the entire process, including leading up to check-in. I would book this house again in the future and I recommend this property for future guests.”
