「New property. Lovely staff. No hot water and no heating in Room 306 Hillman Suite. Provided feedback to the lovely receptionist. This hotel has the opportunity to be something great but facilities issue need urgent attention or it will undermine the good work of your customer facing staff. Customer facing staff and clients have been let down here.」

「Unable to check in and spent hours infront of property. Sent ID's to complete check in procedure only to be told no rooms available. Also address is not correct and you will be taken to an office and not an apartment. BE CAREFUL 」

「Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night. Staff very polite and help.」
