“Lovely chalet ”

“Nice based, park fab. Wasn't told you could only half 45 mins in the pool a day. Were we stayed, I found dirty tissue under the bed. Fridge had no milk door holders, over freezing in fridge, cooker keep shortcut out. Cooker keep smoking setting fire alarm off. The site it's self was nice friendly. My lodging need a new mircowave, was badly rusted as well. Owners need to update it. Can't be cooking in that or the oven for small children going. Cleaners need to do a better job.”

“We were so looking forward to our stay in Hayle I feel terrible writing this because the location is stunning but there are a few things that really need looking at in the accommodation It’s really dated the hob and oven are really not nice to use both are filthy not even the glass on the front of the oven was clean it’s very dated and needs replacing also the work top is lifting and is an absolute germ trap the floor was definitely not clean I cleaned all the surfaces and floor before we……

“Checking in all OK, although immediately met with many, many cobwebs around the covered framework and doors/windows of the covered lobby. Did not give much encouragement as to what we would find inside! Seating, both lounge and dining, insufficient for the 8/9 guests it was booked for. We could not all sit on the sofas in the evening - the sofas AT A PUSH, would only sit 3 each, if including 1 child on each sofa. We had 4 adults and 4 children - definitely not suitable.
