“It’s a very nice place. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. I’d say the only thing that could have been better was having boxes of tissues in the house and hand towels in the bathroom. There were towels and washcloths but not hand towels. Other than that everything was good. This has nothing to do with the house but the road construction was absolutely insane. So if you’re in the area staying, give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. I did message our host pointing out a few……

“Sutible as a 1 bedroom unit. Ensure to ask for updated pix of the living room! The 3 seater, off the ground couch/‘other bed’ in the posting broke the day before check-in. The replacement “couch” is nothing more than folded matting on the floor and can’t sit 2 adults comfortably rendering the living room as practically useless. Discussed this with the property manager at check in and gave him the opportunity to adjust the rate in fairness but, he didn’t. Will continue to discourage friends……

“Michael was an excellent host. He was prompt in answering any questions that we had. The house was nice, and clean. The beds were comfortable. It was in a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We love that the pets were welcome, and appreciated the fenced in yard. We enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning. ”

“Nathan was quick, responsive and helpful! the property was cozy and unique. Would stay there again.”

“The place was pretty clean, however the Keurig did not look clean at all so I could not use it and also there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. My check in was delayed by a couple hours because I couldn't get a hold of the host and when I did, they mentioned that they prefer to call instead of text which is fine but I wish I knew beforehand. There was also no information regarding parking so I parked on the street the first day but there are spots behind the place. The main issue……
