“Very cozy hide away. Just what i needed after fighting the crowds of rye NFL draft weekend. The apartment was clean and well appointed. My host answered quickly when i had a question. There was limited noise from other apartments and the location was perfect for transcersing from downtown. I went to Ferndale and found some fabulous places to eat. Would most deft stay here again.”

“Absolutely loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and stocked with every amenity. The bed was extremely comfortable (even the pillows!) and we slept so well. It was the first hot weekend of the summer, and the AC kept the room the perfect temperature, quietly. “The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. “A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. There are also a lot of neat memorabilia that the owner has throughout, and each of us enjoyed looking at all of it. Hopefully we were respectful guests.”

“My fiance and I came to Detroit in the summer because we are touring all of the baseball stadiums in the US. The stay was very spacious, communication was easy, and building/parking felt safe. Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.”

“Amazed by the entire stay. From the check in to the managment and accommodations. The loft was clean, quiet and well equipped. Perfect space for a couple retreat, small family, or even a photoshoot! I stayed the night and had a small dinner party. If there was any issue or question no one hessitated to help out.”

“Detailed check in instructions were easy to follow. Unit itself was clean, bright and well furnished. Sanitized and sealed toilet ensured we knew room had been cleaned before our arrival. Comfy King bed. A/C was running as we arrived to provide comfortable temp. Ceiling fans added to our comfort. Snacks were much appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed after coming home from a Tigers game. “Overall very positive experience. Peter was very responsive to our needs and even stopped by to drop off towels and show us how to use the place. Cool dude. A few of the beds could use an upgrade and the pillows could be as well, but not a deal breaker. All in all good spot.”
