「This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.」

「The hotel is very dated. The staff are very friendly. It was quite clean but being a Towncenter hotel it was extremely noisy through the night into the early hours of the morning and then to cap it off workmen started work on the McDonald’s opposite at 6 am in the morning, so I’m not a great night sleep. 」

「提早了到酒店(12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙問一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 住了2晚，而美中不足，是第二天不知為何沒有room serving ，幸好房內用品（廁紙）都可以支持多一晚！」

「The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. 」
