"The property location was great.. first floor..short walk through the parking lot to the beach and at the other end of the hall/building was the pool. The unit itself is a bit on the older side but still very functional and we had all we needed. The linens were abundant. A few small things were broken like a lamp, deck box lid, towel bar and shower rod fell a few times but didn’t create much in convenience. I was a bit concerned about the water damage/mold on one bathroom wall but it was reported and hopefully taken care of swiftly .. Overall Emerald Isle was a gem and has become one of my favorite beaches!!"

"Second row with a good ocean view. Complex was showing some wear by the end of the summer but fun to stay on west side of Emerald Isle for sunsets, wider beach, etc. Unit has 3 bedrooms but one has a futon & no linens first night. Just wish it had a real bed; I had a futon 30 years ago, that fad is over. Master bathroom is cramped as well. Deck gets a ton of morning light, really too direct to enjoy in the morning, but beautiful evening views of the ocean. Overall clean, comfortable space with well-stocked kitchen and good location. Thanks for having us."

"My twin adult sons and I went on our first vacation in ten years back to Emerald Isle and chose this place. It was the CORRECT choice. I even had an ear infection at the start that only got worse as the week went on. Even under such difficult conditions I had a good time and this location is a significant reason why. I felt very at home and welcome. The owners were always very helpful. Their team very communicative. My entire point is that its easy to have fun when everything goes right, but its a testament to how nice a place is when you are sick and things go wrong and you still enjoy your stay."
