Great place to stay

The bed and breakfast was delightful. It is on a beautiful property and the rooms were clean. The hosts were very kind and helpful and breakfast was cooked upon order! Would highly recommend!

Perfect Spot/Amazing Hosts for a Healy/Denali Getaway!

The Millers are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. Our rooms were clean, comfortable & made up while we were out each day. Beds in particular were very comfortable. Made to order breakfast was tasty & hardy…great way to fuel up before the day’s activities. Plenty of space both in private rooms as well as shared common areas like the living room/library with a fireplace. They kindly loaned binoculars, trekking poles, & bear spray to their guests for use during our stay. We also appreciated their accurate local recommendations for meals, hikes, & points of interest. Beautiful setting, convenient location, gracious hosts Special part of our trip.

Definitely will be back.

Very clean. Rooms were comfortable and breakfasts were great. Terry, Ann and Bart were very gracious hosts and were a wealth of information on the local area as well as Alaska in general. Had a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay here on our next trip up.

Excellent stay

This was a beautiful place that the pictures don’t convey how lovely and warm the place was. This was one of the best breakfasts that I have had at a B and B. There were several rooms with comfortable chairs and wonderful views. I would highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable, great location

Great location 20 minutes from the park, nearby restaurants, groceries, etc. Rooms were very comfortable. Owners were helpful in providing bear spray and binoculars, although seemed overwhelmed one morning when all the guests arrived for breakfast at the same time - recommend getting to breakfast at 7:30 or waiting until 8:15 if they’re busy. Overall great stay.

No sensitivity to customer needs

I needed to push my checkout time back 1 hour. My request was immediately declined due to the owner having zero flexibility in granting my request. The reason being that new tenants, who by agreement cannot check in until 4 pm, might unexpectedly show up early. 4 hours early. I have never stayed anywhere, where the need to extend check out was not granted to at least some extent. The complete lack of any flexibility was unfairly restrictive. Vacations need to have some wiggle room. In this case there was none.
