「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「Bring binoculars. This place offers so much and is an easy walk to most of the main sites. The restaurant was great to have on location. But we found that if there are binoculars around for guests...they disappear. That's about it. And a rain jacket.」

「The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. 「The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.」
