“This property is just as advertised. We did not come at a time to hunt or view the cranes. Instead we chose this property because of its quiet countryside and distance from cities. It is just that. It is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We enjoyed bringing some meals from home since we were going to be a distance from towns. Very relaxing place to unwind after both days touring the Pioneer Village in Minden.”

“It worked perfect! We were there for a wedding and the house had cute wedding decor in it. It was so much fun!”

“Our visit was for a funeral. We picked this location because we had to bring our fur baby. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel in case he barked while we were attending the funeral. The location was easy to access just on the outskirts of town. Quite little neighborhood. ”

“What a great place to stay to watch the crane migration. The first evening we sat on the beautiful patio and had sandhill cranes all around us. Close to the best bird viewing spots. Clean and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen. And enjoyed the fireplace. We loved this place. And would definitely stay here again.”

“I debated writing this review but after staying in 3 other rentals during our trip, this was the only disappointing booking we had. We arrived & the overhead garage door was left up, with the door connecting into the house unlocked. Check in instructions stated there would be a lock box near the door with a house key, so immediatly I messaged the host asking if I should be concerned. Upon entering the home it was very noticeable that none of the floors had be cleaned. After getting a response……

“Great place to stay when traveling cross country. Room for large vehicles off of the street, and lots of room for a 7 person family to spread out after being in the car all day”
