Be carefu! I would not rent again.

Three Major Issues: 1. Location: They say it is across the street from the lift. This is true if you are a bird. However, the street is a highway, there is also a fence, and if you want to walk from your vacation rental it is about 1.5 mile walk. You cannot access the mountain "across the street" without a car. Vacasa agents assured me that it was walkable. The lot "across" the highway is also very small, so be sure to get there early. 2. There was no heat. They were unable to address this during our stay except to offer space heaters. Space heaters are not safe as a way to heat a house. We were there almost a week, and I spent at least 30 minutes a day calling to get updates, only to receive messages that they were busy and would get back to me. They never got back to me. We were willing to move to any other property to have heat, but that was never offered. Instead, we spent the entire vacation freezing in the apartment. Ultimately, after many attempts to find a solution during our stay, when we left offered a couple hundred dollars as a compensation, but nobody ever reached out to me to offer us any help/refund, or the offer to move locations. Booo on you guys. 3. Cleanliness. When we arrived, the grill had food caked on it, the tools for the grill were still left out on the porch, and the door was ajar. Not a great thing when the heat is broken...
