"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We didn't try breakfast out. But the end of the stay was marked by finding an "out of order" sign on the elevator. I was travelling with my daughter for her medical care (so she's not well). I found myself trying to get down the stairwell from the 4th floor with her and all our bags when we were leaving to get to a medical appointment. I would have appreciated some type of communication from the hotel to prepare for that. Or for there to be extra staff in the building to help guests get down the stairs. "

"I booked this place for my bachelorette getaway, looking for something close to Park City at a reasonable price. The space is cute and clean, and while it’s listed to accommodate up to seven people, it can feel a bit crowded with a full group.The only downside we didn’t anticipate was the noise level from upstairs. I didn’t realize it was a basement apartment, and we could hear a toddler running around and also a loud scream early in the morning, which woke us up before our alarms. If you’re an early riser, it probably won’t bother you, but it’s something to keep in mind.Overall, we had a nice stay and it worked well for a one night trip."

"Ceiling light was a bulb and pull chain, that's all. Bedding did not seem clean, pillows very thin. No hint how to operate the room heater, I finally figured it out. Some instructions posted would have been nice. Shower faucet mixer is loose and did not work for my wife. The room was a real disappointment. Will not stay here again, but you get what you pay for."

"The bathroom shower head in our room was too high and got water everywhere! The bathroom floor was flooded and almost got to the front door. The staff was understanding and moved us to a 2 room suite that was pretty cool even though it was just for 1 night. I really hope they fix the issue, the wall next to shower had been patched up as though that issue had happened before:("

"We really enjoyed our stayed. Everything was very accommodating. Our family was comfortable specially with the beds as they were very comfortable. Would stay there again. "

"Our whole family stayed at the property-10 adults and 5 kids ranging from 1 - 8. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out in the home. We loved the large common areas where we could all congregate and the dining room table was great for eating as a large group and playing games. The view in the back yard is stunning and the hot tub was so relaxing. We loved that the weather was conducive to spending time outside and we put the pickleball court to good use. We also enjoyed the pool table and kids’ area in the basement. Keely was very responsive and easy to communicate with. It’s a beautiful home in a fantastic location-close to Park City and Midway, and there’s an abundance of things for a family to do in the area. We’d definitely stay again!"

"The host was great about reaching out before our stay and during. The instructions were clear, the place was clean and ready for us! We ended up booking this place so we could have a gathering place for all our family that found itself in the area for the weekend and it was so great! The house is close to everything in Heber (about 15 minutes from the Crater in Midway, 10 minutes from Walmart, 5 minutes from Smiths, etc.) There were a lot of places for the kids to hang out and play that wasn't right under foot. There were also a lot of amenities and little touches that just made it so great! The front room had a bunch of paper and crafting supplies (including a small polaroid camera that the kids thought were so magical!) We spent some time doing a puzzle provided, as well. The seating areas were good and there was quite a bit of seating for meal times. The only cons consisted of not enough soap/shampoo in the showers (but we had brought our own so that wasn't a big deal) and the downstairs bathroom (there is only one, even though there are two full bedrooms and the bunk room downstairs) has glass doors instead of a shower curtain which meant any time someone was showering down there, the bathroom was off limits for anything else. This wasn't a huge deal, but a bit inconvenient. By far, the pros outweighed the cons and we would definitely stay here again!"
