"The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience"

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
