“Good location”

“This place was a dump. Go up the stairway to the unit. Nothing but urine nail in the hallway as well the entire apartment I did not even stay one night and that Unit I am now in the process of getting an attorney and getting my money back did not know it was a third-party involved in this so I have all the evidence I need with the recordings and everything else. I did reach out to the host until I can stay here because of my respiratory problem and this smell terrible as well as supposed to the……

“Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???”

“Dirty, smelly and disappointing”

“The whole house was spotless, and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had plenty utensils, dishes and cutlery to use. The location was in a very quiet residential community and very close to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here! The hostess was very friendly as well! Also, No smoking allowed and no pets allowed, which is a must for me!It is close to the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter!”

“I chose this place due to the fact it had a pool for my grandkids to play after sightseeing each day. Didn't realize I was getting a bonus. The owners of this property (who live onsite) had a son and daughter the exact same age as my grandchildren. The kids became fast friends. The home was adorable. Plenty of room for three of us. Everything was provided that we could've asked for. The hosts were super sweet. We sat by the pool talking while the kids played. I couldn't have asked for……

“Everything was good, upstairs tenant was a little loud late at night and early in morning. Would have liked to sleep in while on vacation.I imagine it’s not always that way.”

“When we arrived I thought I had made a mistake and booked a place that allowed smoking. It is listed as non smoking but had a smoky smell. Some areas smelled like pee. They do allow pets but I would expect that mopping with a cleaner would remedy that. There were flies in the windows so we bought some fly strips. There is a table with drop leaves and when we folded the leaves does there was food and grime in the cracks which may have contributed to the fly issue. It is listed as accommodating……

“Perfect location— great restaurants within walking distance. It was also nice being so close to Cincinnati without being in Cincinnati. The only downside is that the upstairs neighbors were a little on the noisy side. I tend to be a light sleeper though.”

“Overall a great place. Not really big enough for 4 people because of a lack of privacy. The pullout couch was very loud every time our friend moved on it. The sliding door for the bathroom created a privacy issue as well. Within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. ”

“Very clean house. Very easy process. Highly recommend for a fun overnight stay in the OTR”
