"Room smelled of open sewer, several complaints had no effect. AC did not work, stuck at 25 degrees, staff told to regulate temperature by opening and closing a small window and turning AC on and off! Internet did not work - sometime totally gone, sometimes too slow to receive email. Could be fixed by reception for 2-3 hours, then gone again. Breakfast room understaffed - long que to get an egg, not one time in the week did we get a complete set of silverware, always one missing on all tables - playing ‘find a knife’ or similar every mornnng. The hotel is undergoing an overdue renovation andevidenly let a lot of people go. Did not lower price so if d something else for 2026"
