The Space:

Relax in front of the beautiful custom fireplace in a modern and comfortable leather couch and velvet chairs. Stream your favorite shows on a 55” HD Roku TV. This cabin has 300mbps WiFi! The bathroom is fully renovated with crisp white tiling. Get a great night sleep on gel and memory foam medium firm mattresses. Open the windows and listen to the wildlife outside. Stay cool during hot summer days with ceiling fans in each bedroom and AC throughout the house.



Enjoy time on the screened in porch. Choose from oversized chairs or a couch for lounging. Twinkling string lights and outdoor ceiling fan allow you to enjoy the screened porch at all hours of the day and night. Gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows in Adirondack chairs. Enjoy the cool shade and colors of changing leaves in the fall on this wooded lot.



Plenty of storage with large closets, hangers, and bedside tables with drawers. Wake up and enjoy a pot or cup of coffee with the Keurig Duo on the coffee bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices and all of the pots and pans you will need to create a culinary experience during your stay.

Our cabin is located in The Woods Resort, a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too!



During your stay, you'll have access to the members-only Sports Center, the perfect option for a wintery or rainy day (and just a 5 minute walk from the cabin). The Sports Center includes:



- Indoor heated swimming pool

- Large whirlpool

- Tennis court

- Racquetball court

- Multi-purpose court for volleyball and basketball

- Fully equipped exercise room with free-weights and many workout machines



The Sports Center is members-only, but we’ve set aside complimentary guest passes just for you! Passes will be available at the property—check the house manual for details on where to find them. If you need more during your stay, simply reach out and we’ll be happy to assist.



Pet-Friendly

Bring your furry friends! We love hosting families and well-behaved dogs! For allergy and maintenance reasons, we’re unfortunately unable to host cats.



Please note: The home was previously owned by smokers, and while it has been thoroughly cleaned, a very faint smoke smell may linger. Most guests don’t notice it, but if you’re particularly sensitive to smoke odors, this might not be the best fit for you.



Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

4. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 25 minutes): Known for its natural mineral springs and spa services, it's a lovely spot for relaxation.
