「A private, luxurious house with upstairs rooms where guests and the owner sleep. The host is very friendly and will explain everything to you, including how to use the light switches. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. It's the perfect place for someone who enjoys a homely atmosphere.」

「I had a really nice stay at The WoolPack Inn. I liked the way the room was decorated and it was lovely and clean. Daily housekeeping too which was great. Staff were really friendly and happy to help. Only small downside was that the room was pretty small - no wardrobe (just some hangers on some pegs)/vanity area. However, this didn't affect my stay. The tea tray/mini fridge was well stocked with everything you'd need! There is very little sound proofing so it can be noisy - however when I stayed...

「Staff are very friendly, food is very good and reasonably priced. The building is lovely and full of character, however the rooms are simply decorated. The location is excellent. Unfortunately, there were no parking spaces when we arrived in the afternoon so we had to park down the street, but parking is free in Long Melford so this wasn't a problem. 」

「Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area. Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc. The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room. Clean changing rooms with ample lockers. The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits. Great bathroom and shower.
