"This was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had at a hotel. Our floor reeked of marijuana the whole second night with noise in the hallway all night long. I called the front desk twice. Nothing was different after the first call and nobody answered the second call. I considered calling the police, but at this point I only had an hour and a half before having to get up for an early flight. I finally stuffed towels under the door in an attempt to keep the smell from my room. The room was in bad condition. The bathtub didn’t drain and the lampshade was broken. I will never stay again. "

"Check-in was easy. The room was perfect and clean. I would definitely stay at this location and others. "

"Out of order, out of order, out of order. Everything was out of order. Ice machines, breakfast bar, office room computer, elevator, heck even the ATM in the lobby. The vending machines had signs up on them warning that hotel management does not give refunds as they dont own them, which is normally true, but the fact every machine had the warning makes me wonder how many time people got ripped off. Normally I try to find something nice to say, to layer in but this hotel needs to stop trying. Oh there was no bugs in my room that I saw so there's something good."

"Room was clean. The continental breakfast was pastry, coffee, juices. Staff was friendsly."

"It was an amazing suite and more than comfortable with a touch of luxury. Quiet tree filled suburban neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown Raleigh. Andy was warm, friendly and communicative. Beyond a doubt I’d stay here again."

"My only complaint is that apparently breakfast was not included in my fare and i had no noticed it was ever an issue. It was very weird being watched and questioned in the am when i went to get food but i didnt make a scene. I would of chose another hotel considering the price of the stay. Maybe not make it optional would of been better. I would probably not visit this hotel again because of this experience."
