Situated at the end of the pedestrian zone - very convenient and walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful, parking was also fairly close by. The room was large, modern, clean and quiet. We enjoyed our time in Heidelberg and would certainly stay here again!

I did a reservation at the Bayerischer Hof hotel but when I arrived there I was sent to the Denner Hotel, another building one block away. The WiFi signal was so slow

Great accommodations. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that we heard nice or rats in the walls, and it had a noticeable smoke smell. Everything was clean, it was a great location, and the price was right. Would stay here again

Great value for money

Best possible location when visiting amazing Heidelberg. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was way better than I expected for this price. This hotel is my stay in my coming visits

Nice, very nice…

Wonderful Hotel within quick transit by bus or Strassenbahn to anywhere in the city. We used their parking garage across the street from the hotel. Safe, secure and convenient as it can get in busy Heidelberg. The room is nice and comfortable. We had a street side facing room so the noise was slightly elevated. The building is aged but well maintained. Price was great for our stay. Nice restaurant next door for Doners, Gyros and other Mediterranean delights.

The room was contemporary with a nice looking room and bed. The toilet flusher did not work properly. The shower accessories were hanging off the walls. The internet did not work or instructions were not available, and no one answered the front desk phone when I called.

Upon arrival the lift was occupied by staff so we walked up. Returning from dinner at 9 p.m. the front door was unlocked and reception desk unmanned. When departing this morning 7 a.m. the reception desk was unmanned again. Room was stuffy and overheated (no AC), pillows were terrible. We are not coming back.

Stayed one night in junior suite. Issue we had was advertised to have air conditioning and it had a fan only. Luckily all of our windows opened so it cooled down a bit at night but unfortunately for us we arrived during the time fireworks were set off over the river and castle which meat huge crowds downtown and the noise lasted until 4 in the morning from partying. Not the staffs fault as it only happens twice a year and we hit one of the two lucky nights
