Herr Bülent und seine Tochter sind sehr freundlich, sie halfen uns bei allen Fragen und gaben uns gute Tipps (Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurantes, Bus-Infos, Parkmöglichkeiten im Zentrum usw). "A hotel that would write the name of a country incorrectly, mixing up Taiwan and “Taiwan, a province of China,” which is clearly a mistake made by someone with insufficient knowledge. Does opening a hotel really need to involve unnecessary politicization? It’s a shame that such a beautiful city like Heidelberg is marred by this hotel’s actions."
