Wir waren eine Nacht von Silvester auf Neujahr mit unseren zwei Kindern (17, 9) da. Am Abend hat mich die freundlichen Dame vom Empfang angerufen um mir den Check in zu erklären, wir hatten bei der Ankunft noch eine kleine Frage bezüglich dem Parken und könnten den Betreiber problemlos telefonisch erreichen. Alles in Allem sehr unkompliziert, sauber und zweckmäßig. Einziger Minuspunkt, wir wurden durch lautes Klopfen und rufen sehr unschön geweckt. Wir standen senkrecht im Bett und dachten wir hätten verschlafen. Das Reinigungspersonal wollte um 10.15 Uhr das Zimmer reinigen, da aber erst um 11 Uhr Check Out war fanden wir das sehr unangenehm und unangebracht. Er meinte dann wir hätten ein rotes Schild raushängen sollen, leider haben wir kein rotes Schild im Zimmer finden können.

Laut rum geschreie bis in die morgen Stunden Schimpfwörter abartig laut starke Tür zu klatscherei ständig. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Zimmer war sauber Bett bequem. 24 Stunden Kaffee durch Automaten und Snacks plus Alkohol und Alkoholfreie Getränke kalt aus dem Automaten super 👍👍

Uns wurde etwas mundfaul erklärt wie das selbstständige Einchecken funktioniert. In unserem Zimmer hing Zigarettenrauch und der Rauchmelder war abmontiert. Das Zimmer war top gereinigt.

Das Zimmer ist sehr grosszügig geschnitten.Es war alles sauber und sehr ansprechend. Die Badezimmertür klemmt. Schön wären Tische die Normalhöhe haben. Das Self-Check-in ist ein bisschen unverständlich.
