These spacious single-floor apartments are located on the attractively situated Eifeler Tor Resort. It's easy to reach the entrance of your apartment by lift or stairs. The apartment has a stylish living room complete with flat-screen TV and a sitting and dining area. The fully equipped open plan kitchen offers a combination microwave and dishwasher. In the hall you'll find a separate toilet. There are three bedrooms, each with two single beds, which may or may not be setup as a double bed. One of the bedrooms features a flat-screen TV. The bathroom contains a bath, shower and toilet. There's a second bathroom with a shower. Outside you'll find a a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. A storage area is also available. You can park your car in the central car park, which is within walking distance of your apartment. The location of the Eifeler Tor Resort makes it unsuitable for people in a wheelchair. WiFi with limited speed is available free of charge. Viewing or downloading of videos is unfortunately not possible. At the Eifeler Tor Resort, various apartments and villas can be booked for four to twelve people. Note: In Dormio Resort Eifeler Tor the indoor swimmingpool will be closed from monday november 17 untill thursday november 20th 2025. Reason for this closure is the annual maintenance works. Fridaymorning, november 21st the indoor swimmingpool will be available for guests again Tourist tax is 7% of the rental amount, to be paid at the park.
