「Very friendly. I was assisted up the stairs with a suitcase. One problem was that I couldn't drop the suitcase at the front door of the hotel as there was no entry signs at each end of the road so I had to trundle my case from the car park. I may have booked a nearer car park had I known.」

「The staff are top notch (Sue is a gem) the bathroom is a bit small but the Sawmills is great with a really nice vibe going on」

「Good hotel」

「Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.」

「Excellent location and amazing views. 」

「The villa was a comfortable place.」

「Great views from the kitchen and huge place! A convenient central location means it can get a little noisy at night (it's next to two pubs), but that's the inevitable trade-off. Not fancy, but a great price.」

「We *loved* its location -- right on The Quay, its historic importance, and the comradery of the staff and guests in its downstairs pub over the water. Also, no other Americans.」

「Misleading information when booking stated that there was parking. There wasn’t parking at the hotel but on a nearby car park for £56 for the week !」

「Lovely little apartment over two floors within easy walking distance of town centre. Owner very accommodating. On street parking can be difficult at times. We enjoyed our short stay in Penryn.」
