  • 3 BD / 2.5 BA townhouse @ Edelweiss River Townhomes in Helen. Over 1800 sqft. of living space will accomodate big crowds. Great location right next to water-park & river-tubing takeout point. Play, swim, or fish in the river out back. Over 300' of riverbank on property. Enjoy local wineries, nearby State Parks, waterfalls and other outdoor activities. Great mountain getaway for cooler air in the summer and leaf-watching in the fall. Many festivals nearby every weekend .... Octoberfest and Balloon Festival in Helen, Mountain Fair in Hiawassee, and Gold Rush Days in Dahlonega. Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA.) nearby.

    Townhouse is equipped with all the modern conveniences including .... Property was situated perfectly in Helen, with an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. We spent a Thanksgiving holiday weekend there and enjoyed the Christmas lights in town, and the Christkindlmarkt. The owner was very responsive, and we will not hesitate to stay here again! Great experience!

The house was clean and had enough space for everyone. Location is great. We walked to everything and never even used the cars. Mike was friendly and reachable to answer our questions and give info. We enjoyed our time there!

The location of the property was great, it was walking distance to town (a little far for some, but definitely not an issue). The beds were comfy and the kitchen was adequate for our needs. The hot tub is a great addition. There is no water view from the unit, so that is probably my only complaint.

Nice, clean, comfortable place for a family. We had everything we needed, and the owner was available if we had any questions. The walk to town is about 7-10 minutes, so it may not be ideal for everyone, but it was fine for us.

Late Summer Vacation

Helen GA has always been one of my favorite places for vacationing. This property is located very close to the downtown area (walking distance) and even closer to some great food options. The owner was very nice and easy to work with and very responsive. Any issues we had were taken care of very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone who likes the Helen area!
