The bathroom shower Curtain was not long enough for the tub. Could not close it all the way water would spray out all over the floor & get the floor soaked. There were ants crawling around in the coffee pot area. Im guessing the housekeeping didnt clean over there. There was something "wet" underneath the tray that sits in that atea & a couple dead ants. I cleaned it up. Kids running around above our room. We should if got 3rd floor. Staff very,very nice. Very clean hotel. Would of liked more bacon for breakfast. They aleays had sausage but noy bacon.

My mother always wanted to go to helen ga so we decided to take a 1 day trip. It was an amazing place. We plan to go back but the people were extremely nice and the hotel was exceptional

We arrived late and had hiked all day. So just wanted shower and bed. Room was 74 degrees- hot. No wash cloths , sink was stopped up. Showered with a hand towel and went to bed.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff (Front desk, maids, etc). Enjoyed the free breakfast, way better than most! Indoor pool was nice! (Needed to be warmer though) location was ok, it was cold so it was a challenging walking into main shopping area!

It was an overall excellent experience. My wife and I were there for leisure. The young lady who assisted with morning breakfast was phenomenal, as well. Everything was well prepared, clean, and hot. Thank you all so much. Hopefully we will make it back down to stay in the future.

Very clean and the rooms are vell apportioned. Easy parking and a good breakfast. About a mile from downtown Helen, so walkability is not great. But I would definitely stay there again

Nice and clean
It was very nice and clean. Hotel are gearing toward saving the environment which I like a lot. Nice place to stay in Helen, a little out of the main action (only 0.6 miles away) but not so bad.
