Pawsibilities - Pet Friendly with Game Room and Hot Tub!

This property is perfect for the family who stays and plays together! Play in the hot tub while the dogs have their freedom to search the four corners of the back yard. There's a gas grill for the BBQ Master and all the outdoor furniture needed to make this a nesting place for everyone.

Relax and lounge on the L-shaped leather sofa while watching a movie or your favorite tv show on the large screen streaming television. Don't forget to bring your login information for any subscriptions. The fireplace features a faux-flame heater.

The upgraded kitchen is ready for the chef in the family. All new appliances are waiting, including a microwave/stove/oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and toaster. There is a Keurig coffee maker for a full pot of brew or a single serving using k-cups. There's cookware, utensils, dinnerware and flatware for your dining pleasure!

There is one king bedroom and one queen bedroom each with their own bathroom. For your additional guests, there is a sofa bed for two in the game room!

The new game room features a hockey table, foosball game and skeeball. This holiday home is filled with warmth with all the new wood interiors walls, log beds and black bear decor!

The large front screened front porch is great for letting the fresh air in, rocking to the sound of the birds and enjoying the light of the firefly.

Pawsibilities is located only minutes from Alpine Helen. Perfect for couples or families. The Community Lake is within waking distance of the cabin. Swimming and fishing is permitted at your own risk. So, bring the kids (those with 4 legs too) and enjoy all the possibilities that Pawsibilities has to offer.

There are two outside security cameras attached to the corners of the front of the house.

This property is a pet-friendly cabin and a one-time per pet fee will be added if you bring your dog(s). The pet fees that will be added to your reservation are $75 for the first and $25 for the second. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed, weighing no more than 30 lbs each.

Pros: Amazing location. The game room was the highlight. Big hot tub. Very comfy beds and sheets. Quiet, away from everyone but still 15 away from anything you needed. Cons: The place was clean, however the living room has a strong odor of dog. Makes sense since it is very dog friendly but a deep cleaning and washing of the big rug would help. The company that manages could be more responsive. Emailed and texted about instructions for using the hot tub but never got a response. We eventually just figured it out but hopefully in the event of something more serious they would've responded.

A beautiful location and cottage. Couldn't get over the great flooring throughout.... except for the threshold entering the gameroom was a trip hazard.

Fun Vacation

My husband and I along with our 4 grandchildren stayed here during our summer vacation. The property was as described. We were very comfortable during our stay and had so much fun! Pawsibilities is located in a quiet, private neighborhood. There is so much to do in Helen and the surrounding area! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars overall because the hot tub was not full or turned on, so we were not able to enjoy a soak. The game room is perfect for families!

Nice for a short trip

When we arrived the key code sent in the email did not work, so I called the rental company and they very promptly gave me a new code. Once we entered my son was excited to get in the hot tub, unfortunately it was not filled enough to run it. I will say the rental company was very sweet and prompt and had it fixed a few hours after we check in. The game room was nice, the air hockey table has definitely gotten lots of use. The backyard was fenced in and a good size , some of the fence boards so need to be repaired .The location is nice if you plan to visit Helen, or check out some of the wineries.overall the cabin was nice but could use some updating.

So nice and relaxing

We stayed for a few days prior to Christmas for my husband to unwind. It’s a precious place to stay. The cutes kitchen. Screened in front porch. I loved playing ski ball, air hockey. So many fun games. Huge comfy couch. So so clean . Great communication with the lovely lady that was helping me. The hot tub , We just melted. Fenced yard. Just a lovely visit. We will go back.

Located on a wooded and private lot with a Well lit entry, completely fenced backyard that the dogs loved. Hot tub was on, clean and warm when we arrived. Nicely equipped, and current kitchen and decor. Plenty of game tables in the game room but don't plan on using the sleeper sofa mentioned. Nice functioning big screen TV, and sectional sofa. Tile floors throughout.

Weekend Getaway

Overall it was a good experience. Property was cozy and spacious enough for my family and I to stretch out and explore the Georgia Mountains. It was conveniently located within a 15-20 min drive of most of the activities we wanted to do. The only issue was the jacuzzi did not work the whole time we stayed. Turning the jets on to heat up the jacuzzi would cause the breaker to trip. We tried resetting the breaker but it would happen each time. I called the PM company to advise them and they were quick to reply and say that someone would come out and check on it. Long story short, it was never working the whole time we were there, which was a bummer. Outside of that 1 issue there were no complaints.

A great place to hibernate like a bear.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We felt safe and cozy. The neighbors were friendly. We got a little nervous with the steep hill just before the cabin but we did get used to it. My only suggestion is to provide an extra sheet set for each bedroom. The couch was huge and could sleep two people. I like how all the lights were labeled so there was no guessing. It was so peaceful just what we needed. The cabin was nice and cold when we arrived. I'm not sure if it was the mountain air or the great air conditioning or the peace and quiet but it was the best sleep I have had in years. I love that we can bring our fur baby with us too. My mother who has a slight mobility issues had to problems getting in and out of the vabin. Our trip was very relaxing. Clarksville is a beautiful town. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Vacation in paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pawsibilities is a great cabin and it makes your vacation more fun to have your fur babies along. We loved the screened front porch with a swing and rockers and the fenced backyard and back patio with hot tub. GMR is wonderful to work with. The kitchen and bathrooms are small and the wifi didn't work at least 50% of the time and was slow when it did work. The router is located behind the living room TV and unplugging it helped some of the time but especially if it's cloudy/rainy you will have issues and may need a hotspot. The game room has fun stuff but is a converted garage and didn't cool as much as we would have liked in order to use the sleeper sofa. For a 5-night stay you'll want to bring some paper towels (cabin had 1 roll), dishwasher pods (cabin had 2) and laundry soap to wash towels. We love this area and you'll have a great time here.

It’s only a 15 minute drive to Helen and Clarkesville (which has everything). The only thing I was disappointed with was the fireplace. We would have liked a real, wood-burning fireplace, as originally described, but since it didn’t pass inspection, GMR fixed it by adding a pretty electric fixture. Just wasn’t the same. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
