PLEASE READ OUR ENTIRE LISTING DESCRIPTION so you understand exactly what you are renting. We break everything down by section so it is easy to read and understand; OUR COMMUNITY AND LOCATION; Bearadise Chalet is located inside the exclusive and fully gated Innsbruck Resort just 1 mile, as the crow flies, to downtown Helen and only 3-4 minutes driving. Uber runs right into town or you can self park. We also know the free parking spots and we share that with all of our guests. Our property is the perfect mix of being just outside downtown Helen so you are close to all the action, but also not directly in the downtown area so you can enjoy the quiet mountain sounds of the woods, play some great golf and take in the long range mountain views from our multiple elevated decks. The amenities offered by the private gated community of Innsbruck are a huge added bonus; You can access the beautiful community outdoor swimming pool in season (summer), Pickleball and tennis courts and exceptional golfing, a beautiful spa, multiple restaurants and bars at the Valhalla Hotel and Resort located inside our gated community and within walking distanceCHALET OVERVIEW;

HELEN AND SURROUNDING AREAS OVERVIEW;
Helen has activities for everyone such as; endless restaurants and bars, all sorts of events through year such as Oktoberfest and The Balloon Festival, shopping, fudge and ice cream parlors, river tubing, water slides, mini golf, alpine coasters, BBQ joints, escape rooms, mining for gems, etc, etc, etc. There are tons of lakes and rivers and waterfalls and trails to hike and explore locally. Probably 15+ wineries to tour as well. There is something for everyone. Helen is the 3rd most visited town in Georgia despite having only 600 full time residents. And don't forget we also send out our fantastic trip planner document to all of our guests covering everything from check in procedures and directions, to the best restaurants and beer halls and surrounding adventure stuff to do, where to park in town for free, plus lots more.
