The staff are helpful and very accommodating. It is an old hotel but well kept. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Across from the Mountain Coaster. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room and pool were clean. Staff friendly. The property is older and needs some maintenance, most critically needs to replace the air conditioning units and the refrigerator froze my food. It was so handy to be able to walk to everything. I would stay here again.

Walking distance to town, tubing and coaster. Clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The bed and pillows are amazing. Highly recommend.

Don’t understand why coffee makers are no longer in the rooms. Staff says it’s best westerns policy. Very inconvenient. Also no slip strips in the bath tub. Very dangerous

Good hotel, friendly staff… the only downfall was that there was some unattended children who were awful honestly… that’s definitely not the hotels fault but the only issue we had during our stay. Would definitely recommend

Enjoyed the whirlpool in our room. Very clean and hot water with working jets. No elevator to the second story but comfortable and nice outdoor area to relax.

Located in downtown Helen, this property offers everything you need to enjoy your time there. They have a pool and are conveniently located close to shopping and dining options. It is also located in walking distance to Cool River Tubing if you have that on your bucket list. We Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel really needs a facelift. The cartridge in our shower broke the last night, so they let us use the shower in another room. Half the ceiling was growing black mold and they had a dehumidifier running in the room. That was room 110 fyi. The breakfast was nice and I really appreciate the allergy friendly options, but the toilet plunger outside our door when we came back wasn't great. The location is great, but I wouldn’t consider coming back here again.

Staff was very friendly but the room itself was run down. The chair and bed felt damp in the room and they had a humidifier in there I guess to try and combat this problem. There were also two cockroaches that we found in the room.
