“Main complaints: wifi/cable is unreliable, cleaning staff shortage and noisy rooms next to busy road. All 4 days and 3 nights of my stay, wifi was not available. I was unable to send important documents from my laptop. There were multiple dog pee stains on the carpet that were so old, they were brown. I had to make sure the room was cold and the window was open to avoid the odor from getting onto my items. Also, there was a full trash can from the previous guest when I entered. Mildew smell in……
