“We came to helena for baseball games for my nephew. It waa incredible to wake up to ducks in the pond and birds chirping. When we got home and hung out on porch we had kitties come sit on our lap and snuggle. Every moment at the vacation rental was so comfortable. As a housekeeper myself, I inspected the cleanliness of home top to bottom. It was super clean!! The bedding almost felt brand new crisp. The beds were all very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked! They even left us some farm……

“This was a lovely place to rest, relax, and recharge. The house is well stocked. We enjoyed the deck, water, and local hiking. Our only concern was the lack of phone service in case of an emergency.”

“The property has 4 short flights of steps which are more ladders. It will be challenging for anyone with mobility issues and/or small children. Holter is full of algae in late summer, fishing is still good but no one will want to get in the water. It is a one-person kitchen. The A-frame-type roof makes ceiling very close to bed, so watch your head. Holter Lake is a beautiful setting, but with all the additional charges, the price point is very high for the property.”

“Very clean house. The location was beautiful. The online description is very accurate in regards to the wildlife mounts. One thing to note is that the house was great for us because we spent very little time there. If you are looking for a space to spend an amount of time at it is not laid out in a functional way due to all of the wildlife mounts. There is also no stave and a very small refrigerator. As I mentioned though, for the amount of time we spent at the actual house is was great for us!”

“This cabin is in a beautiful valley with deer in the meadow every morning. It may be a bit rugged for some travellers, and some things could have been in better shape. But it worked perfectly for our needs while visiting my elderly father in Helena.”

“A wonderful place. It was peaceful and comfortable. Everything you need was there. Just far enough out of town to be quiet and beautiful but close enough to pop right back into town. We dropped our kid off to college and staying here made it less stressful. We will definitely be back. Michelle and Ken”
