House - House Sathurn

The spacious house has a living area with kitchen, dining room and living room, terrace and garden, available to all residents. The four (double) bedrooms each have a private bathroom with shower / WC. One of the bathrooms has an additional bath. The calculation of the rent is based on the number of used bedroom. Spacious holiday home for the highest demands in a quiet location on the Oberland. Completion in spring, 2015. A high-quality interior with modern kitchen, dining and living area with fireplace, four bedrooms, four bathrooms and guest toilet. The beautiful 200 square meter garden has a terrace with a covered dining area and rest areas with beach chairs and sun loungers. Up to eight people can relax here. Possibilities for accommodation of 9 and 10. FIG. Person can be obtained from the administrator. (Not available online). On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Therefore, it may cause annoyance by the noise of construction equipment.
