Nice and clean room, good sleep. Breakfast lay out was horrible. Part of the breakfast stuff was put on a narrow hallway where people were walking through to and from their rooms (with and without luggage).

No Cleaning in the name of the environment

Booked 4 nights with family here (2 adults + 2 young kids). Upon checkin, we were told that they wouldnt change towles/clean rooms due to environment concerns?, but we could reach out if needed. We asked for this + change of towels after 2 nights, however this was met with some resistance even from the cleaning ladies that wouldnt hand out new towels. We never understood why making someones bed is detrimental for the environment - but this is simply not acceptable service. The breakfast in the mornings was chaos - to many guests compared to visitors, meaning not enough seating and no one to steer the guests. No variety same breakfast everyday. The location was good as very central, which is the nice part of the hotel.

So close to transport links and the centre of the city, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
