"The staff was wonderful, the ambiance was amazing, the resturant and food options were delicious and I appreciate the fact that they had water easily accesible for guests in the Business Lounge. Also perfect location, right across the street from the Radhuspladsen metro station & town center. Walkable to many stores and resturants.
There is only one elevator located in the center of the building, however some rooms, more specifically, mine, can be super far from the elevator. Which was challenging while lugging my bags. Also, I tried to take the stairs to the fitness center one floor up; I was locked into the stairwell and had to walk across the parking garage to reenter the building from another side. The hotel was clean for sure, however the house keeping would come in and do what felt like the bare minimum. For example, I had to call the front desk to request a restock on Tea, and they didn't take the used cups away or any empty waterbottles. I also had to request towels after following the directions of leaving unwanted towels on the floor.
Overall, it was a good stay."
