What a view!

Great view of the sunset and a very clean place to stay. The entrance is a bit sketchy but otherwise it's great.

It's a nice hotel in downtown of Helsinki. Clean, quiet, affordable. One little note: when enter, after the code, you should dial pound. In the instruction letter they did not mention that.

A spacious room, eapecially for a solo traveller. It had 2 twin beds which can be pushed together. A fridge, coffee pot ad utensils. As well as a comfortable seat and tv. It's not too far from the station and definitely walkable. The apartment uses a key code and there is no reception or anything. Just type in the code and youre into the building, your floor and apartment. Perfect for solo travellers or even as a couple. And affordable too.

Window was not able to be opened really. There is a second glass which let’s just e little bit of air through it. And the air refresher was not really working that well. So the air was not that fresh in the room. Everything else was perfect. Especially for the price. Best location, clean, room size, everything very satisfying

the cleanliness would have deserved a little more attention, but nothing catastrophic. The doors are very poorly soundproofed so you can hear everything in the corridors and when you're there on a business trip or you're a bit out of sorts, it's very difficult in the morning to hear room service as if the door were open. Otherwise very practical for check-in and check-out with the code.

The Forenom system where you have to upload your document never accepted mine. I never got my codes for the room and could not sleep in there. Customer service was completely useless. Will never use this again.

Bad: Really DO NOT stay in here if you want to sleep well. You can not open the windows and get fresh hair because there are no window handles. There is a hole in the ceiling which blows air and it makes the room super dry. In the morning I woke up with red eyes and nose stuffed. Horrible experience and could not sleep because of this. Morning also I woke up many times when people were banging the doors since the soundproof is not good. Very difficult check in process. You need to do the check in by sending ID and face pics or with Finland online proof ways. It is very difficult and takes time. Good: there was free instant coffee in room, wifi was decent, location is great, hot water in shower, toilet works, towel was clean.

This hotel is a really good value. House keeping staff and the young men who work on the property are wonderful. This message is for the management team and that is you have such a good hotel but why did you put in the cheapest pillows money can buy? All good hotels offer at least one soft pillow and one hard pillow. Please make this change. Those pillows are the worst and so people have to stack their clothes underneath to get a decent night sleep. Make this change, it’s an inexpensive fix, and your hotel is well on the way to being near the top. Mr. Canada 🇨🇦

Valoración: La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, sin quejas en cuanto a instalaciones. Sin embargo, el gran problema es la falta total de personal de atención. Tuve un inconveniente al hacer el check-out: necesitaba un código para usar la consigna de equipaje, pero mi teléfono no lograba conectar y no pude obtenerlo. Mandé un correo a primera hora de la mañana y, siendo ya las 16h, nadie me contestó. En el hotel no había nadie para ayudarme; el personal de limpieza no podía o no quería colaborar. Como resultado, me vi obligado a cargar con mis maletas durante todo el día. En resumen: el hotel está bien si no surge ningún problema. Pero si lo hay, no tendrás a nadie que lo resuelva.
