I will also leave positive feedback to restaurant for the good reviewI am sorry to hear that the lights in the room disturbed your rest. While I am not quite sure what has happened. normally in our hotel rooms bathroom lights and bedroom lights should operate separate from one another. Usually, there should be two separate light switches in the room. One on the bed room side with on and off switch, and one on bathroom side with adjustable lights. However, despite this, I do want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that the lighting has caused to you. This was not up to Hilton standards, and this cased it could have warranted for change of rooms. We are also available here 24 hours, so we are more than ready to help you with anything that comes up.I believe at the time of this reservation, winter time was about to change in the very next day in Finland, so we did not want to change the clocks on the rooms that were occupied.The prices from bottled water is more expensive than buying from the shop at the reception. Here in Finland also the tap water is safe drink as well and we most of the time mention it at the Check-in as well.Once again I want thank you again for taking your time to write this review and we do appreciate all the feedback we get from customers. While the walkway from terminal to airport will usually take around 5-10 minutes by walking, the snow can make the journey little bit more difficult. I would also like to apologize for also making a mistake with reservation charging for this reservation at the check in. This was an honest mistake on our end.
