The hotel was beautiful and well located walking distance from all the major sites including Market Square, Senate Square, and Esplanad Park. The rooms were well appointed and spacious, and we really enjoyed the gym and sauna in the lower level. The Front Desk staff were friendly and efficient, and always greeted us with smiles when we entered and left the lobby each day. I think my family‘s favorite part was the breakfast that the restaurant puts on each morning. I would definitely recommend including the breakfast with your stay. It was probably our one of our favorite breakfast meals during our two week vacation across Scandinavia and the Baltics. If we had to choose a hotel in this city again, we would hands-down stay at U14 on our next visit!!!

Where’s the parking?

U14 Helsinki was in the most accessible area to walk to all of our places of interest. The parking is a challenge. The restaurant was expensive. The service and friendly staff were helpful and happy.

Comfortable. Stylish touches in the room and throughtout property. Excellent location- convenient to many attractions, shopping, and dining. Had a few nights when we were eating late. Not all staff were aware of some of the late night dining available, of which there are many.

We loved absolutely everything about the hotel! The staff were very friendly, warm and helpful. The breakfast, while pricey, was well worth it—so many offerings, and everything was delicious. The rooms were clean, the bedding so soft, and the decor of the rooms and public spaces was whimsical and beautiful. An 11 out of 10! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you all so very much! :)
