This hotel is a dump, I spent 13 weeks there because of my job because it was the cheapest in the area and I was to lazy to negotiate a weekly rate with other hotels. Most of their money comes from people on welfare. In 13 weeks room not cleaned once, loud music all night long and hotel was in disrepair.

Worst Hotel Experience
We booked this hotel on short notice to get a few hours of sleep while driving from Washington DC to Atlanta GA. When we arrived to the hotel, the doors to the front lobby were locked, there was a handwritten sign on the door "sorry, we are fully booked" and no one was at the front desk, nor picking up the phone. When I requested a refund as we were clearly not provided with accommodation services, the hotel "chose to obide by their no-cancelation policy"!! I strongly discourage anyone from booking at this hotel!

SMH!
First they couldn’t find my reservation. Saying that hotels.com don’t tell them that they get reservations though them. Then they tell me they don’t have a room for us. The. They find one. One that is full of roaches. No towels dirty bath tub. Roaches in the fridge. Remote dosnt work for the tv. Cigarette burns in the sheet and the mattress. Loud people outside at all hours of the night being really loud. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel in my life.

Nasty shouldn’t be on the hotels app
The room had black mold, roaches, no pillows, no towels, the sheets and bathroom was dirty and the door was broke letting in cold air.

Couldnt spend more than 5 minutes in the room. It was disgusting, wasnt clean, smoke alarm was missing with wires hanging out, the tv didnt have any cable, the remote had no batteries, curtains were duct taped closed, the door didnt even lock, couldnt find a light switch and had to trip over the bed to even find the lamp. Having to go through a 3 ring circus to get my money back.

Disgusting waste of money
Poor repair but even worse the rooms were filthy, bugs, stained walls, floors, fire alarm was pulled out of wall and just bare wires hanging out, security lock on door broke, toilet a d shower dont look like they had been cleaned.

Not happy
No hot water, no phone to contact the desk, washcloth so thin and worn, coffee pot but no coffee, carpet so dirty and stained. The surface of the mirror was so worn it was hard to see your reflection. Reserved on line for king bed, literally 5 minutes from check in and room not available. Ended up with 2 double beds and not reduction of the price.

Upon arrival, the room had a odor. Carpets had burns. One bed was completely broken on the floor. Sheets dirty, comforters stained. Room appeared to have never been cleaned.

The house cleaners were very nice and helpful. The manager was an ass. Some reason my room key did not work. I got locked out of my room at 5am in the morning when I was loading the car. There was no emergency number to call. The front desk number only rang. Sign said that the lobby did not open till 630 am.

Nothing was unique except that it was disgusting. It ruined our trip! We tried to contact Expedia immediately to get our location switched or our money returned and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! We ended up going home because we could not afford another room as we live on a budget. We have NOT GOT OUR MONEY BACK AND PROBABLY NEVER WILL AS YOU DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Terrible experience.we will stick to air bnb from now on. The pictures posted are extremely faked! The room was so dirty that I do not know where to start. The stairwells and walkways literally had bags of garbage just stacked. It smelled so strongly of urine it felt like a big porta potty. There was NO proper locks on the room doors. The place is just ridiculous. Gross

Hilariously Bad
There was a sign saying “Back in 5 mins” & an emergency phone #, which rang at the desk. After waiting 20 mins for someone to come to the front desk, I gave up & went somewhere else. Never again.

Filthy
Needed a place to sleep after doing an all night job. The check in clerk was friendly and nice. The room was dirty, leaning more towards filthy. If I wasn’t so exhausted and in need of sleep I would have left. It was surprising in this time of Covid, when cleanliness and sanitation is as important as ever, that this place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was not clean and smelled disgusting. The security door lock on the inside of door was broken off. I went to the front desk after checking in and politely let owner know I was cancelling my stay based on the room condition as I didn’t feel comfortable staying at the hotel with my allergies and the cleanliness of the room. He told me my card was not charged and would not be charged. A few days later my card was charge for 2 nights after cancelling my stay within 30 minutes of arriving. I filed for a refund through Travelocity and the owner refused. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. I have been traveling for 30 years and never written a negative review online for any business before this event. Keep driving and do not stay at this hotel.
