My stay was ok……I didn’t know check out time was 11am on Sunday in which I had to rush to get things done. I didn’t received the snack that was promised or bottle water. The stay was ok

It was a nice stay , but you could hear other guests while staying in your room . the walls are very thin, but overall i enjoyed my stay !

After coming from an event, I checked in, showered and left right out again. I returned for the night, and when I turn down the bed, there were multiple strands of hair on the sheets. I called the front desk. The clerk was very apologetic and friendly. It was after midnight so there were no housekeeping staff on duty. I asked for new linens and changed the bedding myself. Also, the room that I reserved and paid upfront through a third party was listed as a king suite with a sofa bed however, there was only a chair no sofa bed. The location is great and the staff were friendly.

had a nice two night stay, two minor boo-boos, one our room was not serviced the in between day, we just needed towel reset and that was not done, got fresh towels from front desk, second, room next door baby crying and people talking all night long, there appears to be some people loitering around the area but felt safe just the same.

This place was really ran down.So when you walk in the front door was broken off the hinges decor, dirty, messy holes in the walls, dirty linen This place just felt unsafe… smell like marijuana smoke everywhere in the hallways on the street even in your room, but what I will say is the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. That is the only plus about this place everything else is a no go. Do not stay here at all.

The room was clean, we had to leave early and staff was able to refund 2 of my nights stay with no fuss. Cleaning crew was amazing.

Our air died late in the evening during the heatwave sweeping across the area. We have stayed in Red Roof Inns across the nation. Not all Red Roof Inn’s are created equal. This property is in desperate need of repairs…the front door was falling off. There was a smell in the room and the rug felt sticky. There was too much play in the door and was difficult to open. The bed was a nightmare! If you book a room at the Red Roof Inn you’re not staying in a Marriott or Hilton property. Sorry, no chocolates on your pillow. The only redeeming quality-the A/C was cold!
