The following is a portion of the MEMORANDUM FOR RECORD I wrote to the management. This section would not accept the entire MEMO.
Far too often, people rarely take the opportunity to say thanks for a job well done (unless seeking some political kingdom or ambition): however, will take the time to file a formal complaint. I would like to take this opportunity to commend and bear witness concerning the stellar superior performance of duty executed by the Front Desk Agent (FDA) Crystal, the Household Technician (HT) Ana, and Chefs Josephine and Sarah during the period of August 26, 2025 through August 28, 2025.
First, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile by FDA Crystal that made me feel truly welcome. She was extremely courteous and professional in the methodical manner in which she processed my documents to register me into the hotel. Her warm welcome and efficient check-in process made my arrival so smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting a positive tone for my stay. I was impressed by her patience and positive attitude, even during a busy check-in period. I truly want to thank her for being such a welcoming face at the hotel’s front desk.
Secondly, FDA Crystal handled the registration process with remarkable speed and accuracy. Her ability to quickly find my reservation and get me checked in was greatly appreciated. I had been driving on the highway for hours and was extremely tired.
